Meet Our Team Of Professionals
Sue-Ann Stander
Sue-Ann completed her LLB Degree with UNISA and was admitted as an Attorney on the 13th day of December 2013. She excelled with exemplary academic achievements during her studies, after which she embarked on her journey as a Litigation Attorney.
She is passionate about law and practices with immense focus. With the highest quality of profession, Sue-Ann commits herself to every matter and ensures that each client receives only the best service.
Sue-Ann serves as a Small Claims Commissioner and has her right of appearance in the High Court. She is currently also in the process of completing her Masters Degree in Labour Law.
Rashna Ramcharan
Rashna obtained her LLB from the University of South Africa whilst working as a Corporate Collections Manager in a local law firm.
She is to be admired for undertaking and completing her LLB degree whilst in full time employment, this in itself is a huge achievement.
At S Stander & Associates, she heads the civil and criminal litigation department and also focuses on commercial law and debt collection.
She is well known amongst legal professionals with whom she shares a strong desire to develop a modern and simplified approach to law. Rashna is also passionate about supporting and giving back to the local community.
Jennifer Brewis
Jenny completed her BProc at University of Pretoria and LLB at Unisa. She was admitted as an attorney in 1992 whereafter she joined the SANDF’s military legal services division for a number of years. In 1999 she started her own firm and has been practising as an attorney, notary and conveyancer ever since.
Jenny and her husband moved to Ramsgate in March 2020. They have two children who both reside in Pretoria.
Jenny is also a property practitioner and owns a well-known body corporate managing agency, Capelle.
She is actively involved in the community and currently the secretary of the Ramsgate Community Policing Forum. Jenny brings to our firm a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Michelle Reineke van Zyl
Michelle heads our conveyancing department. With more than 23 years of experience, and mentored by one of South Coast's conveyancing doyens, makes her a specialist in her field.
Michelle provides a 'boutique style' conveyancing service from inception to registration. Her relationship with agents and clients is on a different level.
She is always friendly and willing to assist. Her dedication, focus and attention to detail together with her personalised regular updates to her clients, builds relationships and ensures smooth transactions.
Michelle moved to the South Coast in 1999, is married and have two beautiful daughters.
Candice Noel
Candice is the friendly, kind voice behind ‘S Stander & Associates, Good day’. She is the helpful and accommodating person behind ‘how can I assist you’.
She is a certified Paralegal. She obtained a National Diploma in Paralegal Studies which she completed through Damelin Correspondence College in December 2019.
Candice has over 8 years’ experience working in a Law Firm, of which 3 years in Corporate Collections and 5 years in Litigation.
Nombulelo Thutshini
Fondly known as our Nana, is our office assistant.
She is a qualified Grade C security officer and studied computer science at a local college.
Nana has worked in a local law firm for just over 4 years where she gained experience in office tasks in the legal environment.
She is a mother to two boys, aged 11 and 3. Nana is our office ‘mother’ and truly a valued member of the team.
Her energy and enthusiasm to learn more is an asset to our firm.
